The Neuro-imaging acquistion is now available in the NPAS Neuro-Imaging Core. We have an Zeiss LSM 880 system built on the inverted microscope. This system is wquipped with scanning stage, which supports tiled-image acquisition and multi-position acquisition. Motorized Z axis provides Z-stact acquistion. Incubation System with definite focus system and high precision PIEZO Z asix is helpful to get the stable and long-term live-cell imaging.
